Bridgette Thomas

President and Founder of Strongbridge Solutions LLC

With nearly 30 years of human resource experience, Bridgette M. Thomas is founder and President of Strongbridge Solutions LLC, a full-service HR consulting and executive coaching firm. Viewed as a trusted resource and advisor, Bridgette has held numerous HR leadership roles within a variety of management consulting firms, including Prism Healthcare Partners, Wellspring Partners/Huron Consulting Group, and Century Business Services (CBIZ).

In 2007, Bridgette relocated to Turks and Caicos Islands where she founded and managed BNC Consulting Group, Ltd. During her time in TCI, Bridgette consulted in a range of industries helping organizations formulate and implement HR strategy; select and develop human capital; and design and facilitate leadership development programs.

While in TCI, Bridgette was active in the community serving on the Boards of the Edward C. Gartland Youth Centre, Turks and Caicos Hotel and Tourism Association and the Ladies Golf League. She co-founded the TCI Society for Human Resource Professionals and was a member of the TCI Chamber of Commerce and the Provo Golf Association.

After six and a half years in Turks and Caicos, Bridgette was recruited back to her hometown of Chicago where she served on the executive team of Prism Healthcare Partners leading HR strategy. Bridgette is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul University and she has been formally trained as a professional business coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
