Rachell Salao Roullet is a Vice President at FortisTCI where she leads the Innovation, Technology and Strategic Planning Division. She spearheads business development including the renewable energy portfolio, oversees regulatory affairs, facilitates integrated resource planning, and is in charge of the Company’s information technology solutions and cybersecurity.

She has two decades of experience in the utility, microfinance, and consulting industries. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds professional certifications relating to corporate governance, risk management, information security, and energy innovation from leading institutions including the IIA, ISACA, ACFE and Stanford University. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency from the Beuth University of Applied Sciences, Berlin. She is currently a strategic advisory board member of Utility Analytics Institute.
